The Client is responsible for saving the image once the Artist has provided a link via Google Drive, email, or other means.

All commissions are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

I, the Artist, reserves the right to decline any commission request without providing a specific reason.

The Client is not allowed to make profit from personal use commissions.

The Client is not allowed to use the artwork for AI and NFT purposes.

For SKEB-type commissions, payment is required in full upfront. For other types of commissions, payment is divided into two milestones: 50% upon completion of the line art stage and 50% upon final rendering.

All payments must be completed before the Artist proceeds with the final work. The Artist will not deliver the final work if the full payment has not been received.

The commission will be paused until the payments are made with each milestones.

If the Client fails to make payment within THREE months of the commission being paused, despite reminders from the Artist, the commission may be cancelled cancelled without a refund.of the commission by the Artist.

Once work has begun, refunds are not possible unless initiated by the Artist themselves.

If the Client is dissatisfied with the finished product due to the Artist's negligence in following the provided references, the Artist will make necessary corrections, but no refunds will be issued.

Up to five revisions are allowed during the sketching stage.

After sketch approval, only minor revisions and small changes are permitted during the line-art and base color stages.

Only very minor color adjustments are allowed after the final rendering.

Revisions resulting from the Artist's oversight are provided free of charge.

The commission typically take between 1 to 3 months to complete following confirmation of payment.

The Artist will notify the Client of any unavoidable delays, such as those due to health issues.

The Artist retains the right to post the commission, use it in their portfolio, and for self-promotion, unless a privacy fee is paid.

The Client is granted non-transferable usage rights; however, copyright remains with the Artist. For additional rights, please discuss directly with the Artist.

Client must not claim Work as their own and must credit the Artist using their social username.

The Client may not alter the artwork in any way without the Artist's permission.
